Salon Policies
When you enter the doors of our Studio, we want you to get ready to look & feel O SO FAB!  You already know that when you leave, you will be looking good.But, what about your experience?  We want to create a salon experience that you will LOVE & tell all your friends about the difference.  We have developed a these policies with you in mind.Please help us service you better by following them.  We are all about order & do not over book our clients.  We want to make sure that we are respectful of all our guest time so we ask that you .....
*Please give 24 hours or more notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee of $25 added to your next bill. Booking a same day appointment or booking less than 24hours in advance &  canceling your appointment is not an exception to this rule.
 
*Due to limited seating,please do not bring any additional persons including children to the appointment with you unless they are being serviced.
    
*Online booking is here for your convenience,however,if you know your schedule,please prebook your appointment before you leave.  We also offer standing weekly,& biweekly appointments. Prebooking helps us to be more organized & efficient in our book practices.
  
*A deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking for all extensions application appointments.  The deposit goes towards the total cost of your service & is refundable when 24hours or more notice of cancelation is given.This is to eliminate cancellations, no shows and allow clients who really want the appointment time to confirm their scheduled appointments. No Deposit= No appointment, No exceptions.   *Sew In Extensions are serviced Tues-Fri. only. They are not serviced on Saturdays.If you can not make it doing the week please call us & we will arrange for you to be the last client on Saturday provided our schedule permits us to service a sew in on that particular Saturday you are requesting.  
*We don't have anytime specifications for bond in & quick Weave hair appointments. However, we do advise that those services are better administered during the week.   *If you are going to be more than 15mins. late, please call us to make sure we can still take you.  
*Our business hours are Monday 1pm-6pm,Tuesday 10am-7pm,Weds-Friday 8:30am-7:30pm,Sat. 8am-4pm
The building is closed after 7pm during the week & after 6pm on weekends.  Please use the call box by the door after hours & we will buzz you in.
We do offer private appointments, Lunchtime Express appointments, and 6:30am appointments by request & based on availability.  Call us with your special requests & for same day appointments.

*  If you need to ask us a question, please call us during our business hours. If you text us,you may experience a delayed response time due to the fact that we are busy servicing our guests.  It is best to call us instead of texting.  If we do not answer, please leave a message & we will get back to you.  If you want to make an appointment, it is best to book online. We do not have a receptionist,thus we may not answer the phone if we are in the middle of certain services but we will get back to you.
There will be no exceptions to our policies.Thank you & we appreciate your business!
